Membership Overview
Our Loyalty Membership is a way to thank and reward our community, offering access to exclusive discounts, benefits, and rewards for 12 months from the date of purchase. Benefits are intended to add value to your experience with us and can be enjoyed in a way that suits you.
Membership Duration
Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, Memberships automatically expire at the end of this period and are non-renewable unless a new membership is purchased.
Membership Fee + Tab Credit
Depending on your selected tier, your membership fee may be returned in the form of a food and drinks tab, enhanced with an additional 25% bonus, as outlined at the time of purchase.
Your Membership Discount will begin from the date of purchase.
You will receive your membership card on your next visit to Kix.
Tab credit must be redeemed in-venue
Tab credit cannot be exchanged for cash
Any unused tab credit will expire at the end of the membership period
Tab credit may be subject to availability and exclusions (see EXCLUSIONS section)
Refund Policy
Memberships are non-refundable once activated. If no benefits have been redeemed, a refund request may be considered within 14 days of purchase, at our discretion. Once any membership benefit has been used, the membership becomes non-refundable.
Use Of Discounts + Benefits
Membership discounts and benefits are non-transferable
Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers unless stated
Membership benefits are available subject to availability
Memberships are intended for personal use only and cannot be used if the member is not present
Exclusions
Membership discounts and tab credits may not be valid on:
Special one-off events
Peak dates (such as bank holidays or seasonal events)
Private event hire (unless expressly stated)
Specific exclusions may vary and will be communicated where applicable.
Private Events
Where applicable, membership benefits or tab credit may be redeemed against Private Event bookings for groups of 20+ guests, subject to prior arrangement and availability. Additional minimum spends or conditions may apply.
Changes to the Programme
We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw membership benefits where necessary due to operational, legal, or commercial reasons. Any significant changes will be communicated where possible.
Closure or Exceptional Circumstances
In the unlikely event of venue closure or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel memberships without liability for refunds or compensation.
